2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, due to natural variations (especially in fresh produce), the appearance, size, and color may slightly differ from what is displayed online.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

4. Payments

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure Shopify-powered payment gateway. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other available methods shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently offer delivery services to selected areas only.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, availability, and external factors like weather or high demand.
  • Any delays will be communicated via phone or email.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce:

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or not as described.
  • Complaints must be raised within 12 hours of delivery with supporting photos via WhatsApp or email.

Dry fruits and packaged items can be returned within 3 days if they are unopened and in original condition.
